AFTA Demonstration

Come out to Sutherland PCYC and join in the interactive AFTA Demonstration as part of the start to Youth Week

Our Demonstration is open to ALL AFTA students and if you are able to attend, please come in full AFTA uniform meeting us at 12 noon for an hour of fun!

What is an ‘interactive demonstration’? Well we will be including members of the public (whoever would like to join in) in punching mitts, kicking bags and doing self defence.

The PCYC will be running their event with food and activities available from 12-5.00pm.
